About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure efficient and timely cross-border deliveries through end-to-end export order fulfilment
- Coordinate with markets, DRP, Logistics and Finance
- Attend weekly risk reviews and monthly performance reviews
- Act as primary contact for defined markets across order management processes
- Enter, confirm, monitor and accurately communicate customer orders in SAP
- Align with DRP and customers on order volumes, timings and requirements
- Take corrective action for deviations affecting market supply or service levels
- Coordinate shipment planning with markets, DRP, dispatch locations, factories and transport providers
- Release deliveries, monitor credit thresholds and oversee SAP delivery note, PGI and invoicing processes
- Support transport optimisation initiatives
- Prepare export documents and ensure compliance with customs, tax and international trade requirements
- Share documentation for customer customs clearance and coordinate inspections
- Manage operational exceptions, including returns, missing stock, damages and theft
- Coordinate creation and maintenance of product, pricing, customer and new-flow master data
- Drive high AIM performance while adhering to governance and regulatory requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/Logistics or related field
- Experience with SAP, OTM, Power BI or other TMS tools
- 5 to 9 years of experience in Export operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills
