About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Write estimates in person or from photo-based inspections
- Use industry-standard platforms such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, and Audatex to write estimates
- Write evaluations using standard total-loss platforms
- Apply automotive repair and basic nomenclature knowledge
- Manage work effectively while adapting to changing processes and technology
- Maintain strong attention to detail and analytical standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum one year of related experience required
- Automotive repair knowledge preferred
- Estimate writing (in person or from photo-based inspections)
- Basic nomenclature knowledge
- Prior body shop experience and/or ICAR certifications/classes
- Experience writing estimates using industry-standard platforms (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)
- Familiarity with total loss knowledge and standard platforms for evaluation writing (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Analytical thinking
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptability to changing processes and technology
- Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills
- Shift timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
- Total experience: 02–04 years
