About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute inbound and outbound transportation activities
- Optimize routes, loads, and carrier allocation
- Manage shipments in TMS, including OTM and SAP TM
- Track shipments and proactively handle exceptions
- Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and suppliers
- Perform freight audits and validate invoices
- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization
- Prepare reports and analyze KPIs
- Maintain master data accuracy
- Ensure SOP and regulatory compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field
- Grade A4: 3 to 5 years of experience in inbound logistics operations
- Grade B1: 5 to 7 years of experience in inbound logistics operations
- Experience with SAP, OTM, Power BI, or other TMS tools
- Experience in all modes of transport: Air, Ocean, and Road
- Experience in warehousing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Freight costing and contract knowledge
- Exposure to automation/BI tools
