About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to the delivery of technical transformation projects in an Agile environment
  • Lead the design and implementation of Android and/or iOS mobile solutions, including architecture and technical decisions
  • Work closely with the development team and project stakeholders
  • Develop and integrate native Objective-C/Swift applications for iOS, Java-based Android applications, Kotlin applications, and Flutter applications
  • Contribute to defining the user experience of mobile applications by applying platform best practices
  • Participate in Scrum projects through short development cycles, user interactions, methodologies, tools, and performance indicators
  • Contribute to development efforts and support teams in implementing best practices
  • Establish the continuous integration pipeline and automate builds, testing, signing, and app-store distribution
  • Encourage the professional development of more junior team members
  • Act as a consultant by proposing innovative solutions and supporting clients in their decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Android and/or iOS mobile development
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Ability to propose value-added solutions while taking project priorities and deadlines into account
  • Creativity and a strong innovative mindset when addressing technical challenges
  • English proficiency sufficient to understand and communicate effectively in an international environment
  • Proficiency in Objective-C, Swift, Java for Android, Kotlin, and Flutter
  • Strong knowledge of Android and/or iOS mobile architectures and technical decisions
  • Knowledge of automated unit testing, modern development patterns, and continuous integration
