About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute inbound and outbound transportation activities
- Optimize routes, loads, and carrier allocation
- Manage shipments in TMS (OTM, SAP TM)
- Track shipments and handle exceptions proactively
- Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and suppliers
- Perform freight audit and validate invoices
- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization
- Prepare reports and analyse KPIs
- Maintain master data accuracy
- Ensure SOP and regulatory compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/Logistics or related field
- Experience with SAP, OTM, Power BI or other TMS tools
- 5 to 9 years of experience in all modes of transport (Air, Ocean and Road) & Warehousing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills
