Partner with business and data teams to migrate and enhance reporting capabilities from Power BI to Looker
Analyze and map existing Power BI datasets, measures, and queries into Looker semantic models
Develop and maintain LookML models, including views, explores, dimensions, and measures
Optimize LookML performance, usability, and scalability
Align semantic models with enterprise Knowledge Catalogs and governed Data Products
Enable Gemini-powered analytics experiences through well-structured and trusted semantic layers
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across reporting assets

Requirements

Strong experience with Looker and LookML development
Experience migrating or translating Power BI semantic models and business logic
Proficiency in SQL and dimensional data modeling
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery
