About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects
- Run workshops to gather requirements and design solutions
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules
- Provide expertise across procurement, inventory, order management, planning, logistics, and manufacturing
- Collaborate with Finance, HCM, Data, Integration, Reporting, and Change teams on end-to-end solutions
- Lead testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Manage stakeholders, risks, and project outcomes
- Mentor consultants and support business development activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years' experience in Supply Chain consulting
- 5+ years' experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
- Experience leading at least two full Oracle Fusion implementations
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, including Procurement, Supplier Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Order Management, and Supply Planning
- Experience across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory Management, and Supply Planning processes
- Ability to lead workshops, solution design, testing, deployment, and business readiness activities
- Experience managing stakeholders and leading consulting teams
- Relevant degree qualification
- Oracle SCM Cloud certification desirable
