About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver Packet Core technical solutions according to defined LLD
Generate and validate instantiation templates and MOPs from LLD and data fill sheets
Onboard, deploy, integrate, and configure PaCo nodes
Execute and document system and functional ATP test cases and artifacts
Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and ATP test issues with care teams and customer teams, supported by the TPM
Open trouble tickets through Internal JIRA and Salesforce
Support migration of Packet Core services
Support delivery-to-Care handover processes
Perform feature activation testing
Prepare MOPs and artifacts for software upgrades
Test software upgrades in the lab and prepare golden MOPs
Perform software upgrades of PaCo nodes
Provide 4eye support and post-upgrade emergency support with care/4LS teams
Deliver knowledge-sharing and KT sessions
Capture lessons learned in the LL tool
Support team and practice internal JIRA processes
Provide L2 support for explicitly agreed projects
Develop PaCo node certifications in coordination with KMCD

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidate must be located in Ukraine
Appropriate work permits for Ukraine
Packet Core (PaCo) expertise
Experience delivering PaCo technical solutions according to defined LLD
Experience creating and validating instantiation templates and MOPs from LLD and data fill sheets
Experience onboarding, deploying, integrating, and configuring PaCo nodes
Experience executing and documenting system and functional ATP test cases
Experience troubleshooting deployment, integration, and ATP test case issues
Experience opening trouble tickets through Internal JIRA and Salesforce
Experience supporting migration of Packet Core services
Experience with feature activation testing
Experience preparing MOPs and artifacts for software upgrades
Experience with software upgrade lab testing and golden MOP preparation
Experience performing software upgrades of PaCo nodes
Experience providing 4eye and post-upgrade support
Experience delivering knowledge-sharing and KT sessions
Experience capturing lessons learned in an LL tool
