About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives)
- Monitor metrics and drive continuous team improvement
- Serve as a mentor, encouraging autonomy and self-organization
- Support the Product Owner with backlog management and prioritization
- Remove impediments and manage risks
- Communicate status and progress to stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Experience working with global and remote teams
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Advanced English proficiency for international communication
- Knowledge of Scrum and/or Kanban
- Experience with Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, CFD, etc.)
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency
- Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) is a plus
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a plus
