What you’ll need- Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques

- Experience with core machine learning concepts and implementations
- Experience with Azure cloud platforms and AI services
- Hands-on DevOps skills
- Experience developing microservices using Flask, Django, or Spring (Java) frameworks
- Practical experience with GitHub Copilot and other AI tools for developers
- Experience translating business problems into AI use cases and technical solutions
- Ability to work in Agile delivery teams and iterative development cycles
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, data science, and platform teams
- Capability to support solution documentation and technical handover
- Problem-solving mindset focused on delivering practical, scalable outcomes
