About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and evolve scalable data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and delivering data in production environments
  • Develop Python solutions for data processing, process automation, and system integration
  • Implement and maintain ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data quality, traceability, auditability, and governance
  • Design modern data architectures using Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift
  • Develop and maintain integrations through APIs and enterprise services
  • Contribute to solution design by defining data flows, business requirements, and integrations between systems
  • Monitor data environments and pipelines, ensuring the performance, availability, and reliability of information
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Compliance, and regulatory teams on strategic data and AI initiatives
  • Identify technical risks, business impacts, and opportunities for improvement, proactively proposing solutions
  • Support Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and automation initiatives
  • Participate in testing, deployment, version control, and development practices in accordance with CI/CD standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong knowledge of Python for application development, automation, data processing, and integration
  • Advanced SQL experience, including query optimization and performance tuning
  • Experience building, supporting, and evolving end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift
  • Experience working in AWS cloud environments
  • Experience with system integration, REST APIs, and enterprise platforms
  • Knowledge of data architecture, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and data governance
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and data quality
  • Advanced English proficiency for working in a global environment
