About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications in a mainframe environment using Enterprise COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL
  • Work with IBM ChangeMan, TSO, Control-M, and DFSORT in application development and support
  • Independently manage user stories and tasks, from refinement through deployment
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to solution quality and continuous improvement
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, implement enhancements, and evolve systems in a mainframe environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in mainframe development and working on Agile projects
  • Proficiency in Enterprise COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, IBM ChangeMan, and TSO
  • Experience with Control-M and DFSORT
  • Proactive profile, with strong communication skills and the autonomy to manage user stories and tasks from refinement through deployment
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with DevOps, Jira, Confluence, debugging tools, data modeling/Erwin, and GenAI is a plus
  • Knowledge of Bradesco architecture and financial systems, DB2 performance analysis (Explain), Assembler, IMS, and Hexavision is a plus
