About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and continuously improve reporting, analytics, and KPI management across a global ADAS data acquisition program
Define, monitor, and optimize operational, data quality, delivery, and financial KPIs
Develop dashboards, automated reports, and performance tracking solutions for project and customer stakeholders
Analyze operational data, driver feedback, and issue logs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Translate customer requirements into actionable insights, executive reporting, and data-driven recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Management
Strong knowledge of Automotive and ADAS environments
Advanced expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data modeling
Experience with ElasticSearch, Kibana, Logstash, AWS OpenSearch, and DynamoDB
Knowledge of statistics, ML data-quality metrics, data engineering fundamentals, and CSV/JSON processing
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills
Advanced English communication skills
