About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives
- Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions
- Provide systems-level technology views and devise technical solutions
- Enhance solution design and optimize development processes
- Implement solutions and ensure successful technology delivery across lines of business and the enterprise
- Engage with business stakeholders and technical teams on complex initiatives
- Gather requirements, develop solutions, validate technology assumptions, and evaluate implementation alternatives
- Lead and coordinate multiple technical projects across teams and initiatives
- Measure effectiveness using established performance metrics and make adjustments
- Manage non-functional requirements and ensure industry-standard compliance
- Act as servant leader for the solution and ensure Agile Release Trains operate effectively
- Identify and resolve delivery constraints with Release Train Engineers
- Guide technology delivery and align architecture with business objectives
- Develop and refine technical designs for complex, scalable, high-performance solutions
- Collaborate with developers and Agile Release Trains to align solutions with enterprise architecture
- Work with DevOps teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Engage quality assurance teams to validate performance and reliability
- Ensure technical implementations align with product roadmaps and business strategies
- Monitor progress, resolve delivery issues, and contribute to technical problem-solving
- Maintain technical documentation and update it as architecture or functionality changes
- Pursue continuous learning and share solution-engineering best practices
- Support pioneering design and development practices and promote innovation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
