About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver complex software development projects and grow your technical expertise in a Java environment

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree from an engineering school or a university-level computer science program, or equivalent education
- At least 3 years of experience in software development
- Strong autonomy and technical proficiency in a Java environment
- Experience managing a team of developers, with a strong focus on mentoring and the professional development of team members
- Strong knowledge of Java frameworks, particularly Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle
- Ability to adapt to Agile environments and V-Model development cycles
- Responsible use of generative AI tools for certain design, development, or code review activities, while ensuring the quality of deliverables
