About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform aircraft stress analysis for metallic structures, including static strength, durability, and damage tolerance assessments
- Develop, review, and validate structural repair solutions to ensure airworthiness and compliance with engineering standards
- Prepare and update technical documentation, including Aircraft Structural Repair Manuals (SRM) and Aircraft Maintenance Publications
- Generate and review stress analysis reports related to repair designs and allowable damage limits for aircraft structures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support fleet maintenance and structural integrity initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Repair Engineering focused on aircraft structural repairs
- 3-5 years of experience in Stress Engineering within the aerospace or aviation industry
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience performing Damage Tolerance Analysis (DTA)
- Strong knowledge of metallic aircraft structures, including repair design and structural assessment methodologies
- Experience interpreting, updating, and maintaining aircraft structural repair and maintenance documentation
- Advanced English communication skills
