About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- This is an entry level role; demonstrated work experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional Certification such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent certifications.
- Understanding of various operating systems, software applications, networking protocols, and hardware components.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes, incident and request management, and adherence to SLAs.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
- Strong communication, active listening, empathy, and customer service skills.
