About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform repetitive assembly line tasks to produce products as workflow demands
  • Work at different assembly stations as business or production demand requires, including the frame building station
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes and cross-training
  • Work a single shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday
  • Work required overtime as needed
  • Support assembly operations at Capsa Healthcare’s Canal Winchester facility

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma preferred
  • 1+ years’ experience in production assembly operations
  • Ability to work with hand tools, such as a pneumatic drill
  • Consistent attendance
  • Willingness to work and train in a variety of production areas
  • Strong team skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand throughout the work shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
