Key responsibilities & impact

Deploy the RAD system to three different network environments via Kubernetes, adapting configurations to each network’s constraints
Design, establish, and document a repeatable deployment process and pipeline for delivering the system and updates across target networks
Modify and troubleshoot Java Spring back-end and Vue.js front-end system components for deployment, configuration, and environment-specific requirements
Diagnose and resolve issues across infrastructure, middleware, and application layers during environment standup and stabilization
Collaborate with DevOps, software developers, and system engineers to align deployment practices with RAD architecture and operational standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph; all candidates must be a U.S. citizen
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Master’s degree can be substituted for two (2) years experience
Hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized applications with Kubernetes
Experience developing or modifying applications built with Java / Spring (Spring Boot)
Experience developing or modifying front-end applications built with Vue.js, or strong experience with a comparable framework such as React or Angular
Thorough understanding of Docker and container technology
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployments of distributed web applications, such as GitLab CI/CD
Linux administration experience
Experience with Git
Desired: experience deploying applications across multiple isolated or classified network environments
Desired: AWS experience, including cloud-native architecture and deployment
Desired: Terraform scripting and VM provisioning
Desired: Ansible scripting and development
Desired: Python scripting and development
Desired: familiarity with Elasticsearch, NiFi, or MongoDB
Desired: familiarity with government agency reporting and dissemination policies
