About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver challenging engineering and planning services in structural and building design
- Design and develop structures and structural components
- Prepare structural calculations, technical concepts, and approval-ready documentation
- Manage projects independently and assume a leading role
- Contribute to feasibility studies and research and development projects
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and change-order documentation
- Attend project and client meetings
- Represent CARBOCON
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering
- Experience in project leadership
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and confidence in decision-making
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to prioritize
- Structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for improving processes
- Passion for sustainable construction and innovative solutions for existing structures
