About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with medical device fulfillment for Carda Health's remote cardiac and pulmonary rehab device program
  • Monitor inventory for cardiac and pulmonary rehab devices, ensuring adequate stock levels across all programs
  • Serve as the point of contact for patients experiencing lost items, damaged items, delivery delays, or billing issues tied to device shipments and returns
  • Investigate and resolve delivery and shipping issues in coordination with carrier partners
  • Troubleshoot fulfillment issues, including delivery errors, packaging quality, and inventory discrepancies
  • Act as the escalation point for warehouse operations
  • Maintain accurate records across inventory and lost/damaged devices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Member Experience, Warehouse Operations, and other Carda teams to resolve patient issues quickly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or warehouse operations
  • Comfortable working with inventory or warehouse management systems and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple open issues simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including direct patient-facing communication
  • Experience working with shipping carriers and resolving delivery/billing disputes
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Healthcare or medical device logistics experience is nice to have
