Provide analytical support and consultancy for internal and external customers
Provide advisory services to internal and external senior leaders
Query internal and external data sources to generate meaningful insights
Create dynamic and visually engaging dashboards
Take business cases from inception through customer or partner execution
Lead analytic initiatives to successful completion
Champion initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Deliver high-quality outputs to senior leadership for decision-making within short timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master's degree with 4 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR PhD with 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR 10 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field
Understanding and high proficiency in querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer languages such as SQL, Python, and R
Ability to create dynamic and visually engaging dashboards using Tableau or Power BI
High degree of business intelligence and understanding of taking a business case from inception to customer or partner execution
Experience leading an analytic initiative to success
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to champion initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality output to senior leadership within short timelines
Preferred: Experience with project management methodologies
Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry, including payor, provider, pharmacy, public health, or epidemiology
