About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage patients in support of CareDx’s transplant offerings, primarily laboratory tests
Educate transplant center staff and streamline workflows integrating CareDx transplant services
Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely, successful delivery of CareDx solutions
Respond to and resolve customer requests involving order entry, results, reporting, and reimbursement
Coordinate blood draw logistics with patients and ensure compliant orders are received
Lead operational efficiency initiatives and identify ordering-process improvements
Coordinate timely sample processing and customer inquiries
Maintain compliance with CareDx SOPs and applicable HIPAA, CLIA, and FDA regulations
Travel within the assigned geography to key accounts for business reviews and product updates
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

RN degree is required
5 plus years Transplant experience preferred
Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) preferred
25–30% field travel within assigned geography
Ability to thrive independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in reporting and data analytic tools like Excel and Salesforce.com
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and develop and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships
Proven experience managing customer expectations and product development updates
Must comply with applicable CareDx SOPs and regulations including HIPAA, CLIA, and FDA requirements
