About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with business units, especially Finance, to gather automation requirements and identify opportunities to streamline recurring manual tasks
Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop, particularly within Finance operations
Create reusable components and standardize RPA design patterns for scalability and maintenance
Monitor and maintain RPA solutions after deployment, addressing exceptions and making enhancements
Document process flows, technical designs, and user guides for deployed automations
Integrate Power Automate Desktop with SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Dataverse, and third-party systems
Provide training and support to citizen developers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure governance, data protection, and compliance with automation standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.S. in Computer Science or related degree required
Minimum of 5 years direct experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development with a focus on Power Automate Desktop
Proven experience automating Finance workflows
Strong understanding of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and exception handling
Experience with desktop automation, web automation, file and email automation, and UI-based scripting
Proficiency in process analysis, workflow design, and business documentation
Familiarity with Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Apps, and Dataverse
Ability to translate Finance process requirements into efficient automation workflows
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Effective communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions
Basic programming/scripting knowledge is a plus, including VBScript, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell
RPA or Power Platform certifications are a plus
Although remote, willingness to travel to the site based on projects and deliverables
