About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the Packaging Engineering Manager under general supervision
  • Review packaging issues and assist in identifying solutions

  • Work closely with production employees to gather data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Supply Chain Engineering or a related field
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to clearly communicate with various levels of employees and vendors
  • Must have own means of reliable Transportation and Communication
  • Must be able to work onsite in any Mfg. facility in and around New Bremen, OH
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
  • Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship are not eligible for hire
