About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Answer incoming sales inquiries by phone and online chat
Provide product information and recommendations by phone or email
Pre-qualify customer inquiries and disseminate call information to appropriate sales personnel or departments
Make outbound telephone calls to customers about Crown products
Log and track customer information in the CRM system and communicate customer information to sales teams
Follow up on sales leads and record sales results
Participate in training activities locally, in the field, and occasionally at the New Bremen corporate headquarters
Work within various departments within the branch as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to safely operate lift trucks
Completion of background check, drug screen, and physical required
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must not require current or future work authorization sponsorship
