About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate the sales experience for prospective members
  • Handle inbound calls for individual vision insurance, dental insurance, and discount plans
  • Efficiently handle a large quantity of inbound sales calls
  • Identify opportunities to sell, up-sell, and cross-sell Careington products
  • Answer phone calls promptly and address callers’ questions completely
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of sales campaigns running through the H.P.S.U.
  • Handle insured and non-insured sales calls
  • Work with the team to exceed management-set sales goals
  • Participate in six weeks of initial remote training
  • Work the post-training schedule from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday with one day off, plus Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must reside in Texas, Alabama, North Carolina, Nevada, Florida, or Arizona
  • Must have a current Group 1 Life & Health License
  • Ability to be Certified for Medicare
  • Phone sales experience
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Commission-driven
  • Flexibility in scheduling
  • Ability to retain sales campaign knowledge and apply learned sales tactics
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone demeanor and superb listening skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to adapt to departmental changes
  • Interest and experience in inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Applications
  • College degree preferred but not required
