About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead research and analysis to identify systems impacted by requirements, possible interfaces, cross-team dependencies, and affected lines of business
Elicit requirements using appropriate approaches and modeling techniques
Identify inconsistencies and gaps in complex business processes
Assist with planning activities and development of business case documents
Translate business needs and technical requirements into clear Agile stories and features
Serve as a liaison between technical teams, users, and stakeholders
Perform root cause analysis
Build, sustain, and leverage relationships within the area of responsibility
Assist QA with preparation of test scenarios and test data
Set objectives for own work and contribute to operational area goals
Work independently on non-routine tasks within established boundaries and procedures
Analyze vague problems and issues, update work methods, and identify solutions using data trends and past experience
Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Five (5) years of experience in requirements management
Five (5) years of experience working in Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs or similar enterprise systems
Familiarity with the healthcare environment (Medicaid/Medicare)
Experience designing interfaces and/or mocking up user interfaces across Web, Mobile, and Client Server disciplines
Strong systems-thinking skills
Experience with end-to-end business process analysis and system interactions
Experience creating business process flows, system diagrams, data flows, data mapping documentation, and customer journeys
Advanced Agile delivery experience, including backlog refinement, story decomposition, acceptance criteria development, dependency management, and sprint-readiness activities
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile planning tools
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration
Experience developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and providing knowledge transfer
Proficiency in requirements elicitation, facilitation, process modeling, and requirements documentation
Experience writing technical specifications within an Agile framework, including Epic, Feature, Story, and Task
Understanding of project and software development lifecycles, continuous delivery, Agile, test-driven development, and waterfall
Thorough understanding of business analysis principles
Effective problem-solving, prioritization, communication, listening, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Certifications around Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs, or similar enterprise systems preferred
Certifications around Agile, SAFe, or Business/System Analyst roles preferred
