About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support special projects, initiatives, and assigned activities
Improve SAP Ariba processes, including Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Risk, and Guided Buying and Invoicing
Assist with data analysis and reporting by validating data, identifying trends, and preparing reports or dashboards
Assist with system testing and Quality Assurance Testing by executing test scenarios, documenting results, and tracking issues
Review and maintain process documentation, job aids, procedures, and training materials for Ariba and related Sourcing processes
Research opportunities to use AI, automation, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
Assist with data cleanup and data-quality initiatives
Participate in team meetings and special projects involving Sourcing, contracting, supplier management, technology, and vendor performance processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Effective listening and critical thinking skills
Dependable, flexible and able to maintain confidential information
Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
No licensure or certification required
