About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ship meaningful full-stack features end to end, from design through production, spanning UI and backend services
Integrate agentic AI into the product, including extracting structured data from unstructured emails and documents
Identify where AI improves the user experience
Maintain codebase health through pragmatic architecture, sensible relational and NoSQL data modeling, and ongoing technical-debt reduction
Use agentic coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code with context-aware judgment
Help shape engineering practices and standards for fast, reliable delivery
Conduct high-quality code reviews and raise team engineering standards
Collaborate with Product and QA to turn customer needs into technical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Over 5 years of experience shipping production software as a full-stack engineer
Strong React and TypeScript skills
Strong Python skills
Experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask
Experience with data modeling across relational and NoSQL databases
Experience with Docker and containerized environments such as Kubernetes
Already work AI-natively, or have clear enthusiasm and fluency for AI-native working
Nice to have: experience building agentic or LLM product features, including RAG, vector search, structured extraction, or agent tool-calling
Nice to have: AWS experience, especially EKS
Nice to have: CI/CD ownership and observability tools experience
Nice to have: enterprise B2B SaaS background, especially logistics or supply chain
