About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright or Cypress
- Perform end-to-end manual testing for new features, bug fixes, and regression
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution
- Build and execute test plans, test cases, and test data
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Advocate for quality and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of QA experience with a strong background in both manual and automated testing
- Solid hands-on experience in Playwright or Cypress
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript/Python
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or similar
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
- Experience with performance testing or security testing (nice to have)
- Exposure to Docker or cloud environments (Azure) (nice to have)
- Working knowledge of TestRail, Jira, or similar tools (nice to have)
