About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain clinical equipment through the Medical Equipment Management Plan
- Perform routine installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of a limited scope of biomedical equipment
- Work under the guidance and direct supervision of an experienced healthcare technology management professional
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of assigned jobs, activities, and functions
- Receive supervision or mentoring on advanced assignments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's Degree in a related field, or experience in lieu of education
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic theory, including discrete components, integrated circuits, and microprocessors
- Knowledge of test equipment such as oscilloscopes, analog and digital multimeters, signal generators, frequency counters, and special instrumentation designed for testing electronics
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
- On-call availability required
- No weekend or holiday requirements
