About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for fundraising performance, donor engagement, portfolio activity, and campaign outcomes
Analyze giving trends, donor behavior, campaign effectiveness, and fundraising results
Support forecasting, goal setting, KPI development, and performance measurement
Create reports for leadership, board presentations, benchmark reporting, and strategic planning
Support AHP benchmarking and philanthropy performance analysis
Serve as subject matter expert for the donor database and related technologies
Develop and maintain database standards, workflows, and best practices
Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems
Support data governance initiatives and operational consistency
Identify automation and technology solutions to simplify workflows and improve user experience
Lead technical projects including planning, testing, implementation, training, and rollout
Recommend technology enhancements
Partner with vendors, consultants, and technology providers to maximize system capabilities and data flow

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Experience working with CRM systems and data management best practices
Strong organizational and project management skills

Experience with PowerBI (required)
