About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve customers of the retail shops
Assist the retail supervisor with various duties as assigned
Keep displays neat and organized
Close the register at designated times and count down the drawer
Fill phone orders and deliver merchandise to patients’ rooms at Carle Foundation Hospital
Greet customers, determine their needs, and serve them accordingly
Keep the sales floor neat and stocked
Handle sales and situations that arise in the absence of the retail supervisor
Restock consumables and sundries daily
