About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Transitional Care Clinic with patient care and clinic operations
- Perform routine direct patient care duties to assist medical and nursing staff with examinations and treatments
- Maintain the patient care environment, equipment, and supplies to ensure privacy and safety
- Room patients and prepare them for provider examinations

Requirements
What you’ll need- H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Ability to perform routine direct patient care duties
- Ability to room patients and prepare them for provider examinations
- Ability to obtain and record vital signs
- Ability to collect and document patient data in N2Q0D
- Ability to stock and organize exam rooms and clinical supplies
- Ability to conduct patient reminder calls
- Ability to assist with minor office procedures
- Ability to follow safety, infection control, and patient care protocols
