About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and participate in daily clinic preparation
  • Identify patients and perform patient check-in/check-out

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's Degree in a related field
  • Basic computer skills
  • General office equipment proficiency
  • Competency with telephone systems
  • Proficiency with insurance coverage rules, eligibility, network coverage, and benefits
  • Successful completion of mandatory insurance training and ongoing competency refreshers
  • Ability to initiate and secure prior authorizations as needed
  • Ability to accurately and completely report medical information
  • Ability to work 24 hours per week on a variable daytime schedule
