About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and participate in daily clinic preparation
  • Identify patients and perform patient check-in/check-out

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's Degree in a related field
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficiency with telephone systems
  • Proficiency with insurance coverage rules, including eligibility, network coverage, and benefits
  • Successful completion of mandatory insurance training and ongoing competency refreshers
  • Competence initiating and securing prior authorizations
  • Accurate, complete, and timely reporting of medical information
  • Customer/patient focus, effective communication, professionalism, self-development, and teamwork
