Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise Patient Services Representative staff and centralized service functions
  • Assist the manager with registration process changes to improve patient satisfaction

  • Assist with department supplies and equipment budget
  • Establish daily work and desk assignments
  • Maintain department payroll records and submit payroll information
  • Respond to Patient Relations concerns
  • Work Patient, Account, Claim Edit, and Router Workques daily
  • Serve as Kronos timekeeper and assist with payroll processing
  • Approve scheduling and vacations for all sites
  • Maintain productivity targets and department goals
  • Design and implement department policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Responsible for daily supervision of Windsor Centralized Service PSR staff and functions
  • Ability to prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage
  • Ability to establish registration error standards and audit registration data
  • Ability to provide staff feedback and coordinate training
  • Ability to perform as a working supervisor during staffing and volume fluctuations
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • On-call availability required
  • Participation in payroll, scheduling, vacation approvals, and productivity targets
  • Work authorization verification through E-Verify
