About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and participate in daily clinic preparation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Customer service work experience
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required
  • Ability to perform patient identification, check-in/check-out, and medical-record documentation
  • Ability to schedule and reschedule patient appointments
  • Ability to collect payments, post transactions, balance cash drawers, and complete credit card processing
  • Ability to perform data entry involving patient demographics, insurance, notes, and payments
  • Ability to perform routine office tasks including filing, faxing, and scanning
