Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's Degree
  • Basic computer skills
  • General office equipment proficiency
  • Competency in telephone systems
  • Proficiency with insurance coverage rules, including eligibility, network coverage, and benefits
  • Successful completion of mandatory insurance training and ongoing competency refreshers
  • Competency to initiate and secure prior authorizations as needed
  • Must meet work authorization requirements verified through E-Verify
