About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage assigned healthcare construction projects from planning through close-out
  • Coordinate with clinical users, operational leaders, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Support development of project scope, space requirements, and phasing plans
  • Assist with project budgets and schedules; track expenditures, changes, progress, and variances
  • Support regulatory and code compliance activities with local authorities and state health departments
  • Monitor construction in active healthcare environments to ensure patient safety, infection control, and minimal disruption
  • Implement and monitor Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM) and Infection Control Risk Assessments (ICRA)
  • Participate in project meetings, document decisions, track action items, and maintain project records
  • Support quality control, issue resolution, and change management
  • Assist with punch lists, documentation turnover, warranties, and Facilities Operations coordination during close-out

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Construction work experience may be accepted in lieu of education
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
  • Weekend, holiday, and on-call availability as needed by project
  • Ability to support healthcare construction, regulatory, code compliance, patient safety, infection control, and project documentation activities
