About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in analysis, program design, coding, QA, documentation, software support, and programming/analysis tasks
  • Produce reports and interfaces and support team systems
  • Demonstrate technical leadership and function as Project Leader
  • Support in-house software and purchased external software packages
  • Test, implement, and support new modules, yearly upgrades, and other updates
  • Code, implement, integrate, and document software upgrades and module installations
  • Document QA for IT management and user departments
  • Provide technical information to IT management for planning, decision-making, and solution implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in lieu of education; bachelor's degree in a related field listed as the educational qualification
  • Work experience in Information Systems
  • Window Command Line experience
  • PowerShell experience
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
  • Weekend availability as needed
  • On-call availability
  • Ability to support in-house software and purchased external software packages
