About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform complex managerial functions within the Distribution Center
  • Plan, control, and direct assigned operations in a cost-efficient, timely, and accurate manner
  • Schedule and assign employees in Receiving, Stock, IC/PC, Returns, picking, packing, or loading
  • Review staff requirements, evaluate operations, make recommendations, and take appropriate action
  • Prepare or supervise the preparation of production records and reports
  • Compare employee attendance and productivity to standards and take remedial action
  • Interview, assist, train, and evaluate employees
  • Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies
  • Maintain safe operating practices
  • Work with others in a team environment
  • Lead and manage others effectively
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 Years experience managing a large team
  • Broad knowledge of the distribution of fulfillment operations
  • Graduation from high school or equivalent
  • Functional reading, writing, and math
  • PC literacy
  • Written and verbal communication/instruction skills
  • Education and experience may be substituted for one another
