About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage indirect purchasing across MRO, CAPEX, facility management, and services
- Lead sourcing activities and negotiations, including RFQs/RFPs, supplier selection, and contracts
- Identify savings opportunities through spend analysis, supplier consolidation, and cost optimization
- Build supplier relationships, monitor performance, and manage supply risks
- Partner with Maintenance, Facility Management, and Plant Management to support operational needs
- Collaborate with global procurement teams on category strategies, reporting, and process improvements
- Support purchase order approvals, delivery follow-up, and resolution of supplier or invoice issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of purchasing experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with indirect purchasing, MRO, CAPEX, or technical procurement is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management skills
- Analytical mindset, independence, and practical problem-solving approach
- Fluent Czech and English
- Strong Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business, or a related field
