Key responsibilities & impact- Monteurs in de regio efficiënt aansturen via planning
- Dagelijkse storingen en contractuele verplichtingen plannen
- Schakelen met klanten en monteurs aansturen bij storingen
- Op de hoogte blijven van regionale werkzaamheden en de locaties van monteurs
- Prioriteiten afwegen en adequaat reageren op klantvragen
- Onderhoud en storingen aan koeltechnische installaties in de retail ondersteunen
Requirements
What you’ll need- MBO+ denk-/werkniveau
- Aantoonbare werkervaring als planner of in een vergelijkbare functie
- Affiniteit met installatie- en/of koeltechniek is een pré
- Kritische werkhouding en streven naar kwaliteit
- Vermogen om te multitasken
- Goede topografische kennis van de regio
- Klantgericht en communicatief vaardig
- Oplossingsgerichte instelling
- Bij voorkeur gedegen kennis van en ervaring met SAP, Excel en Outlook
