About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct mobile and/or fixed-site vehicle inspections throughout East/Southeast Melbourne
- Deliver pre-purchase, finance, dealer, and rideshare inspections
- Visually diagnose vehicles and share mechanical expertise with customers
- Contact customers to book inspections
- Liaise with owners, sellers, and buying customers about inspections
- Document inspection outcomes using the company’s digital app
- Provide inspection services to retail customers, dealers, and other business clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive work experience as a qualified mechanic post apprenticeship accreditation
- Ideally experience working with a large range of motor vehicles
- A can-do, proactive work ethic and results-driven mindset
- Customer-centric approach and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Willingness to undertake the Accredited Vehicle Examiners course if not already accredited
- Current, unrestricted VIC drivers’ license
- Full-time Australian working rights on an ongoing basis
- Successful candidates must undergo a National Police Record check
