About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Manage customer requirements throughout the full order lifecycle, from inquiry and quotation through production, delivery, invoicing, and payment
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent customer projects, maintaining priorities, timelines, action items, and communication
  • Build customer relationships, retain existing business, and identify account-growth opportunities
  • Identify, communicate, and proactively manage risks involving requirements, pricing, materials, production schedules, quality, and delivery
  • Communicate customer needs internally and ensure a strong customer experience
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Master Scheduling, Production, and Warehouse teams
  • Coordinate customer-requested changes and document requirements, commercial implications, timing, approvals, and internal actions
  • Attend customer and production meetings and document requirements, risks, action items, and next steps
  • Ensure quotations follow the required process and are delivered within established turnaround times
  • Report to the Vice President, NA Business Development – Card & Board Games
  • Work on-site at the East Longmeadow manufacturing facility
  • Travel domestically up to 25%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred
  • 5 to 7 years of successful experience in an externally facing account-management, customer-service, or similar role within a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Business-to-business experience preferred
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, customer orders, or workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Formal project-management experience is not required
  • Experience with quotation processes, pricing tools, and cost calculations
  • Experience working with international customers or cross-border teams preferred
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with internal and external audiences
  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive for success
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookup functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated commitment to company values and excellent customer experience
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
  • Ability to move throughout the facility
  • Ability to perform sedentary work involving prolonged computer use
  • Flexibility to address customer inquiries outside regular business hours as needed
  • Candidates must be 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available
