About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Follow established safety policies, including daily maintenance check sheets
- Load and unload shipments on and off various carriers
- Put away, pick/pack, audit, and ship product
- Inspect products and shipments to ensure work instructions and procedures are followed
- Complete necessary shipment documentation and entry for small package deliveries
- Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to 5S guidelines
- Complete power equipment training and certification process
- Operate powered industrial trucks to transport and retrieve product
- Ensure 100% accuracy and on-time shipment of casino products
- Adhere to rigorous controls required to comply with gaming regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience
- Prior warehouse experience in shipping is strongly preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Forklift experience
- Self-directed and able to safely work at a pace that meets or exceeds departmental standards
- Able to read, understand, and follow picking/packing instructions
- Able to perform basic math functions
- Team-oriented, excellent attendance, and professional communication skills
- Pays attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with SAP
- Can work flexible hours with minimal notice
- Ability to operate powered industrial trucks
- Must be able to wear all safety equipment, including a 5 point body harness, and follow all OSHA requirements
- Lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs continuously and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work up to 12 hours a day
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available
