About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide expert support to existing customers
Advise customers in German, French, and English
Ensure that customers renew their subscription or seamlessly switch to another car subscription
Proactively manage the customer base
Work closely with Procurement and Support
Conduct customer interactions online, by phone, and in person
Provide phone consultations and accompany customers on test drives
Inspire customers to switch vehicles

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent spoken and written German, English, and French
Enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills by phone, email, and in person
Ideally, experience in the service industry
Experience creating outstanding customer experiences
Structured and organized approach to work
Careful CRM data management
Ability to work independently
Strong team player
