About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a portfolio of projects from initial idea through final delivery using Carwow's OKR process
- Coordinate work across Product, Data & Analytics, Legal and Commercial teams
- Deliver manufacturer marketplace integrations, including OEM stock feeds, lead integrations and finance calculators
- Own and improve the OEM & Media data suite, including dashboards, Google Sheets, automated decks and AI integrations
- Equip Brand Partnerships Managers with tools, collateral and best practices
- Support major manufacturer pitches with data
- Represent OEM & Media on cross-functional Carwow Group projects
- Raise the OEM & Media team's profile across the automotive industry
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in project management, proposition development or commercial operations, taking projects from a blank page to delivery
- Track record of delivering intricate projects with many moving parts and stakeholders
- Strong organisation skills and ability to juggle several projects at once
- Ability to influence stakeholders at every level and align priorities with project timelines
- Confidence with data and ability to turn numbers into a clear story
- Clear, engaging written and visual communication
- Commercial experience in the automotive industry is advantageous
- Experience delivering technical or integration projects with Product and Engineering teams is advantageous
- Understanding of media and advertising, such as campaign reporting, attribution or measurement, is advantageous
- Curiosity about AI tools and automating reporting and workflows is advantageous
